I was born in winter. Cold enough to make you appreciate a warm coffee, and quiet enough to notice the small details that most people miss. Growing up in that kind of place, you either stay put or start looking beyond the horizon.

Why NomadTern?

Because the tern is born at the edge of the cold, and then spends its life chasing summer across the globe, crossing oceans, ignoring borders, seasons, and basically every reason to stay put.

It does exactly what I aspire to: keeps moving, refuses to settle, and somehow makes it look effortless.

“From the Arctic, I wander” is as literal as it gets. I come from a place where cold is part of who you are. I wander because I want to see the light, the warmth, the stories out there – and sometimes, because it’s just more fun than standing still.

Here, you’ll find my journeys, my messy itineraries, my sunrise epiphanies and sunset regrets. Enjoy 🙂
